Is GBSI a cryptocurrency platform?
No. GBSI is entirely crypto-free. We use blockchain technology exclusively for data certification, identity verification, and compliance — not for cryptocurrency trading, token issuance, or financial speculation.
In how many countries is GBSI available?
GBSI services are operational and legally verifiable in more than 175 countries worldwide. Our distributed node network spans Europe, West Africa, and the Middle East, with ongoing global expansion.
Do I need technical expertise to use GBSI?
No. The LutinX platform is designed to be intuitive for all users. No IT background is required. Organizations can begin issuing digital credentials within 7 days of onboarding.
How does blockchain certification work?
When you certify a document or credential through GBSI, a cryptographic hash is recorded on the blockchain. This creates an immutable, tamper-proof record that anyone can verify anywhere — without special hardware or software.
Is GBSI compliant with GDPR?
Yes. GBSI processes all personal data in full compliance with GDPR, with an appointed Data Protection Officer. We are also aligned with FATF AML recommendations, 4th and 5th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives, W3C Verifiable Credentials, and ISO 50001.
What is the difference between the free and enterprise plans?
Individual B2C accounts are free and provide access to core certification features. Enterprise B2B plans provide dedicated infrastructure, API access, custom integrations, compliance reporting, enterprise SLAs, and dedicated account management.
Does LutinX sell user data?
Never. Users own their data. LutinX does not sell personal data to third parties, does not display advertising, and does not use data for any commercial purpose other than providing the requested services.
